Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.
Return Policy for Printed Assessments and Books
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item to us within 30 days via insured parcel post or UPS. Returned products must be in like-new, unused condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. Please add a note stating the reason for the return.
